If a parent/guardian is unable to accompany the child, we require another adult to accompany the child WITH written permission from the child's parent/guardian.An individual sick with something more serious than a cold and/or a fever of 100.4 degrees on the day of the clinic should not receive immunizations that day.
At the Menasha Health Department, we strive to accommodate the needs of all families and children.
We understand that some individuals may require specific accommodations to ensure a comfortable and positive experience during their visit. This may include fidget toys, dimmed lighting, extra appointment time, etc. If you or your loved one requires assistance or special accommodations, we encourage you to inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs and to provide a flexible, supportive, and calm environment during the vaccination process.
