Building Inspection

The Building Inspection Department is requesting only digital applications and documents be submitted. The digital format needs to be in PDF format, no photos as this distorts the documents.

General Inspection hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The Inspector's time is split between site inspections and office work but normally is in the office for permit issuance and questions Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 9:00 am and Noon - 1:00 pm. The amount of time the inspector spends in the office can be effected by the number of inspections scheduled on a particular day and other factors so these hours may vary.
Other hours may be arranged by appointment by calling 920-967-3655 or emailing ahumski@menashawi.gov During times outside of office hours, inspectors are conducting inspections and may not be available. Permits may be applied for during office hours and inspections must be scheduled at least 1-2 business days in advance.
