Dental Hygienist: Claire Opsteen Contact
The Menasha Health Department offers a school based dental fluoride varnish program funded by the United Way and is available to all students from preschool through 8th grade, FREE OF CHARGE. With parental consent, a dental screening is done by a registered dental hygienist to evaluate any dental needs your child may have. The hygienist will apply a topical fluoride varnish which aids in preventing tooth decay.
We also offer a dental sealant program funded by the Wisconsin Seal A Smile grant and is available with parental consent to all students of the Menasha School District, FREE OF CHARGE. Sealants are a coating painted into the biting surfaces of the back teeth to aid in preventing tooth decay.
Dental health is important at every age. Along with proper brushing and flossing, it is important to maintain regular dental visits. If you need assistance locating a dental provider, please contact the Menasha Health Department at 920-967-3520.
