About the City Clerk
The City of Menasha Clerk is responsible for maintaining all official City records, contracts, agreements, ordinances, resolutions and minutes, and maintains custody of the City seal. The Clerk attends Council meetings; attests and signs all official documents; files and indexes all council actions; publishes all legal notices as directed; issues licenses required by ordinances and statute; and administrates all city clerk duties per state statutes. The responsibilities include supervising elections, voter registration, purchase and maintenance of election equipment, and preparation of election notices.

Sign-Up for Alerts
The City of Menasha resides in both Calumet and Winnebago Counties. Each County has alert system notifications for residents can sign up for (for free) regarding Severe Weather Alerts, Watches and Notifications - a resident can register and have alerts sent by text and/or e-mail.

CALUMET COUNTY		Calumet County has a number of alerts to sign-up for, including, but not limited to: • Severe Weather Alerts (Watches & Warnings) • Upcoming Community Events • News Flashes (Clean Sweep Program, Agenda Postings, Announcements, Recycling News, County News...)

Submit your photos to possibly be featured in the next annual horizon calendar! Photos will be considered for the front cover and throughout the calendar with credit given to the photographer. The only requirement is the photo must be taken within the City of Menasha.
