TRAFFIC CONCERNS?

The City of Menasha Police Department, in an attempt to improve services to our citizens, has a Community Traffic Safety Program.

We recognize that traffic concerns are an issue in nearly every neighborhood at one time or another.  In the past, the Menasha Police Department would receive complaints and officers would conduct added patrol to the complaint area.  There was little to no follow-up with the complainant or documentation of officer's efforts.

We now have a dedicated phone number and e-mail for citizens with traffic concerns to report to.  An officer is assigned to address these concerns and will also make contact with you as the original caller with and update as to what was done.
