Hold a Special Event

With a multitude of locations memories are made as special events in Menasha. Our community is home to celebrations, concerts, sporting events, markets, and more. With opportunities, downtown, at parks, and along the waterfront we want you to locate your event in the City of Menasha!

To hold a special event please complete the Special Event Agreement Packet and return it to the Lori in the Parks and Recreation Department. The Packet must be returned at least 60 days prior to the event. This will allow all pertinent departments to review your event needs. A non-refundable fee of $25 is due at the time your application is submitted. Please note, if you are holding an event in a park you will need to reserve the park prior to turning in your Special Events Application.
