2023 Street Construction


The City will reconstruct or rehabilitate the following streets:

-Konemac Street from Second St. to Third St.
-Third Street from Konemac St. to Brighton Dr.

Reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets is included with your property tax payment.
There are no additional charges for reconstruction and rehabilitation projects.

The City will also construct new streets including:

-Warsaw Street from Ninth St. to 350' north
-Community Way from Chrystella Dr./Whisper Falls Ln. to Lake Park Rd.

Residents are assessed for the initial improvements of new streets.
The charges are billed with tax bills and have options for 5 year and 10 year repayment.

The City will also perform sewer relay on the following streets:

-Water Street from Barlow St. to Tayco St.
-Third Street from Konemac St. to Brighton Dr.

The City will be performing spot sidewalk rehabilitation:

To report a broken sidewalk section, or other sidewalk trip hazard, please call 920-967-3615.

Menasha Utilities will relay watermain on the following streets:

-Ninth Street from Pacific St. to Martin St.
-Third Street from Konemac St. to Brighton Dr.
-Borenz Ct. from Third St. to north end
-Water Street from Lush St. to Tayco St.
