The Menasha Police Department utilizes the idea of L.E.E.D. in every contact.

L.E.E.D. stands for Listen and Explain with Equity and Dignity.  Our goal is for every contact to end with the involved people understanding what happened, why it happened, and believing they were treated fairly, impartially and equitably.  Officers receive yearly refreshers on this concept and are reminded of it throughout the year.  In addition to L.E.E.D. our officers identified our department values as: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Innovative and Efficient.  These value drive how we hold ourselves accountable to provide the best service possible to Menasha. 

In an effort to better recognize our officers for doing great things, going the extra mile for someone, or making a difference, we ask anyone who wishes to fill out the form below.  All submitted forms will be reviewed and the officer will be made aware of the compliment they received.
