When: Wednesday, April 5 from 9:00 AM - 12:15 PM (walk-ins & appointments)
Vaccines Available:
Primary Series:
Pfizer (Comirnaty): This vaccine is authorized for individuals ages 12 years and older*
Pfizer Children Ages 5-11 years old*
Pfizer Children Ages 6 months - 4 years old* (Note: This is a 3-dose primary series. The first two doses are the original, monovalent Pfizer vaccine. The 3rd dose is the updated, bivalent Pfizer vaccine.)
Booster:
Pfizer Omicron Booster: This vaccine is authorized for individuals ages 5 years and older
Note: Any child ages 6 months - 4 years old who has already completed their 3-dose primary series is NOT eligible for an updated Omicron booster dose at this time.
*A minor must be accompanied to their appointment by a parent/guardian.
*Important: Please bring your vaccine record card with you to your appointment*
The vaccine is FREE. No ID or insurance needed.

To schedule an appointment over the phone, please call the Menasha Health Department at (920) 967-3520. If you are unable to reach someone, please leave us a message with your name, phone number, and the reason for your call. A staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.
- You cannot be vaccinated at this site if you had an observed allergic reaction (anaphylactic reaction) to any injectable medication or vaccination.
- Plan to stay 15-30 minutes after your vaccination for observation.
- A parent or guardian must accompany a minor (age 6 months - 17 years) to their appointment.
