Programs
The City of Menasha offers two different programs. Use the links on the left side to learn more about each program. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is used to establish a Housing Loan Program to rehabilitate residential property occupied by low- and moderate-income (LMI) residents.
The Strong Neighborhoods Program was a program developed to help residents invest and update their properties.
