Downtown Vision Plan
Beginning in the early summer of 2017, the City of Menasha contracted with Place Dynamics and SEH to assist in creating an overall Downtown Menasha Vision Plan. This Vision Plan is a document used to guide revitalization and future growth of Downtown Menasha as it primarily relates to future land-use grounded in market reality. Through the communities support and active public participation, this plan was approved as an advisory tool for future development by the Common Council on March 19, 2018.
